What is Pocket Tracker?

Pocket Tracker is a free, web-based companion tool for Pokemon TCG Pocket. At its core it's a fast match tracker: pick your deck, tap your opponent's archetype, and record the result in seconds. From there it tracks your win rates and ranked climb, shows you the live metagame, and even lets you play full games right in your browser — all without spending a single cent.

It's built for anyone who plays Pokemon TCG Pocket — casual or competitive. Record each game in a couple of taps, then let the data do the work: per-deck win rates, matchup breakdowns, ranked trends, and the live metagame. That fast record-and-analyze loop is the whole point of Pocket Tracker.

Our Mission

We believe that competitive tools should be accessible to everyone. Many card game communities rely on paid subscription services for deck tracking and prediction. Pocket Tracker was built from the ground up to be 100% free — no paywall, no premium tier, no data selling. Every feature is available to every player, from day one.

Our goal is simple: help the Pokemon TCG Pocket community play better, understand the metagame more deeply, and enjoy the competitive side of the game to its fullest.

How You Use It Day to Day

The everyday flow is deliberately quick. On the Home screen you see your selected deck and a grid of opponent archetypes from the current meta:

• Pick your deck at the top of Home.
• Tap the opponent's archetype from the grid (or Other if you're not sure).
• Finish the match with Win, Loss, or Tie — optionally with a note.

That's it. Your win rates, matchup breakdowns, and ranked points update automatically. On phones, a bottom bar (Meta, Decks, Home, Battle, More) keeps every area one tap away.

This streamlined flow is called Simple Mode, and it's on by default for everyone from the moment you sign up — recording and analyzing your matches never asks more of you than a few taps. You can still tap any archetype to browse its most-used variants and full decklists, drawn from real tournament and ranked data, so you always know what you're up against.

Advanced (Optional): Live Deck Prediction

For the small number of players who want to squeeze out every edge, a live prediction mode sits behind Simple Mode. Turn Simple Mode off and Pocket Tracker can, as you log the cards your opponent plays, narrow their list against thousands of tournament decklists and even estimate what's in their hand. It's deliberately left out of the default experience — logging every card turn by turn is more than most players want to do mid-game — and nothing about tracking or analyzing your matches depends on it. It's a niche extra, not the point of the app.

Either way there's no cheating involved: you're only making better use of publicly available tournament data and the cards you can already see.

Who Built This?

Pocket Tracker is an independent project developed and maintained by a passionate Pokemon TCG Pocket player based in France. The project is built with modern web technologies and is continuously improved based on community feedback and metagame evolution.

We are transparent about our development process: this tool was built with the help of AI to accelerate development, but every feature is carefully designed, tested, and refined by a human who plays the game daily.

Community and Fair Play

Pocket Tracker is designed as a companion tool that enhances your understanding of the game. It does not interact with the Pokemon TCG Pocket app in any way, does not automate gameplay, and does not provide any form of cheating. All predictions are based on publicly available tournament data and the cards you manually observe during your matches.

We encourage fair play and sportsmanship in the Pokemon TCG Pocket community. Our tool is meant to help you learn, improve, and enjoy the competitive aspect of the game.
