Bug Reports

Found something that isn't working as expected? We want to fix it. When reporting a bug, please include:

A description of what you were doing when the issue occurred
What you expected to happen versus what actually happened
Your browser name and version (e.g., Chrome 124, Firefox 126)
Your device type (desktop, tablet, or mobile)
Screenshots or screen recordings if possible — they help us reproduce the issue faster

Feature Requests

Have an idea for a new feature or improvement? We're always looking for ways to make Pocket-Tracker more useful for the community. Send your suggestions to [email protected] with the subject line "Feature Request".

While we can't implement every suggestion, we read and consider all of them. The features that have the most impact on the largest number of players typically get prioritized.

Data Privacy Requests

As outlined in our Privacy Policy, you have the right to:

Access your data: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
Correct your data: Request correction of inaccurate information
Delete your data: Request complete deletion of your account and all associated data
Export your data: Request your data in a portable, machine-readable format
Restrict processing: Request that we limit how we process your data
