1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pocket-Tracker ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Pocket-Tracker is a free, unofficial fan-made companion tool for Pokemon TCG Pocket. It provides real-time deck prediction, hand deduction, deck management, and match tracking features. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokemon Company, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., or DeNA Co., Ltd.

3. Account Registration

You may create an account using Google Sign-In or email registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service (except through official APIs if provided)
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Use ad blockers or similar tools to circumvent the display of advertisements on the Service

5. Advertising

The Service displays advertisements provided by Google AdSense. These ads help fund the ongoing development and hosting of the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge that advertisements may be displayed. Advertising is subject to your cookie consent preferences — see our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy for details on how advertising data is handled.

6. Intellectual Property

All Pokemon-related content, including card images, names, and game data, are the property of their respective owners. Pocket-Tracker uses publicly available tournament data for informational purposes. The Pocket-Tracker software, interface design, and original code are the property of the project maintainers.

7. User Data and Content

By using the Service, you grant Pocket-Tracker a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store and process the data you submit (deck lists, match results, notes) solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You retain ownership of your data and may delete your account at any time.

8. Availability and Modifications

The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Predictions and statistics are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as definitive.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pocket-Tracker and its maintainers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
